  1. Search our database of solutions
  2. Log a support case
  3. Track your existing case

Channel partners now have a new way to login to register deals and manage SANRAD support requests.

Customer Login Tips:

For self-service, you must enable your browser to "Accept Cookies."

Safari browsers users should select "Preferences", select the "Security" tab, and change "Options" to "Accept Cookies" to "Always."

Internet Explorer (IE) browsers users should select "Internet Options", select the "Privacy" Tab, then select the "Advanced" button. Check the "Override Automatic cookie handling" box, and then check "always allow session cookies". Click the "OK" button to close the window, and click the "OK" button to close Internet Explorer. Close all IE windows, and open IE again.
