Dave DuPont
Chief Executive Officer
Dave DuPont has almost two decades of experience in the IT industry.
He has directed innovative management teams while successfully exploiting new market
opportunities in large Fortune 50 companies as well as venture-funded private startups.
Dave joined the company as Senior Vice President in February of 2006.
Before joining SANRAD, Dave was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Plasmon,
the leader in professional optical storage. In this role he completely revamped the organization’s
sales strategy and organization, successfully establishing Plasmon’s blue laser-based Ultra Density
Optical technology as the new professional optical storage standard. Dave has also served as
Vice President, Marketing and Business Development at Lefthand Networks, a provider of clustered
iSCSI array solutions, and led Dell Computer Corporation’s North American Precision Workstation
business. Earlier in his career, Dave was with the Hewlett-Packard Company, where he served
in a variety of increasingly responsible marketing management roles in the company’s PC
and UNIX systems businesses.
Dave holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard.
Gadi Erlich
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Gadi has primary responsibility for the company’s technology
strategy and roadmap. Prior to joining SANRAD, Gadi worked for seventeen years at National
Semiconductor-Israel in a senior technical management position, leading the engineering
departments. He was responsible for managing the software group developing various real-time
embedded applications and development tools. In his last position at National Semiconductor
Israel, Gadi was a director of the system technology and architecture group, responsible for
defining system-on-chip solutions (for example NSC Geode soc), RISC processors and future
products roadmap (in particular the definition of the companies security roadmap).
Gadi has extensive knowledge and experience in system development and software product
life cycle. He also has wide knowledge in a vast number of technical areas including system
architecture, processor architecture, compilers and development tools, operating systems,
DSP and embedded Real-Time and security applications. During his time at NSC, Gadi
submitted four patents (two of them accepted and two are pending approval) in the areas
of system and processor architecture.
Gadi graduated with his B.Sc. Cum Laude from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
He holds an MBA Suma Cum Laude from the Recanati School of Management, Tel Aviv University.
Yuval Yeret
Vice President, R&D
Prior to joining SANRAD, Yuval worked for thirteen years in the IT R&D space,
focusing on networking and storage system development and deployment. In his last position,
Yuval was VP of R&D at DiskSites Inc., leading the engineering and quality assurance
departments, responsible for developing Wide-area File System software. Prior to that
Yuval was Team Lead for Clustering technologies in Exanet. He began his IT career at
the Israeli Defense Forces, where he spent seven years in an elite IT unit, culminating
at directing the Communications and Security department.
Yuval has extensive knowledge and experience in developing software systems,
and the development life cycle, including modern methodologies and a focus on QA
productivity. He also has wide technical knowledge in numerous areas including
Clustering systems and algorithms, Storage technologies, Networking, IT and Security.
Yuval holds a B.A. in Computer Sciences from the Tel Aviv Open University.
Dr. Allon Cohen
Vice President, Product Management
Allon has primary responsibility for the company’s product roadmap and
product plans. Allon identifies product requirements, drives feature tradeoff
analysis, and manages SANRAD’s product life cycle process. Prior to joining
SANRAD, Allon was Vice President of Product Management at Panorama Ltd., the
leading provider of business intelligence data warehousing applications.
Previously he held senior positions with FLIXEL Ltd., which developed a display
based on MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) technology, and Amdocs Ltd.,
which specializes in customer care and billing systems for network service providers.
Allon holds a B. Sc. (Physics and Mathematics Cum Laude) from the Talpiot Project,
which recognizes excellence in technical and scientific military service, an M.A.,
and a Ph.D. Summa Cum Laude from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Alon Segal
Vice President, International Sales
Alon is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in international sales across various
technology segments, such as wireless switching and access solutions, as well as security and IT communications.
His expertise includes sales through one and two-tier distribution channels, Enterprise customers, and the Telco market.
Companies where Alon has held senior sales positions include EDSL, acquired by Orckit Communications (NASDAQ: ORCT)
where Alon managed the sales department for EMEA & APAC and BreezeCom (Alvarion, NASDAQ: ALVR) where Alon grew sales
from a pure start-up base to tens of millions of dollars, recruited and managed an international team responsible for
over 60 distributors world-wide. He has also held senior positions at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), NetMount and Extricom.
Kim Tchang
Vice President, Marketing
Kim Tchang, a seasoned marketing executive with over 25 years of experience in
the IT industry, has a proven track record in executing marketing and channel strategies
to achieve business goals. Prior to joining SANRAD, Kim directed marketing for
NetApp’s StoreVault Division which launched a new network storage line, created a focused channel
program and outbound marketing campaigns to reach the fast-growing Small/Medium
Business market. She also led worldwide channel marketing at Hitachi Data Systems
and several new start-up businesses at Hewlett-Packard. Her accomplishments at
HP included opening the HP NetServer Business Unit in Europe, launching a B2B
e-commerce store, and creating its first SMB sales and marketing organization,
which reached over $2 billion in revenues within 2 years. Kim holds a B.A. from
Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business.
